Energy Consumption Meter

In 2011, Techmation introduced its own power meter. It is frequently used along with Techmation's existing servo energy-saving system and TM PLAS CLOUD to provide the plastic industry with more efficient energy consumption monitoring and quality management. It is extensively applicable for power monitoring of various industrial machinery, including die casting and injection molding machines.

Advantages

    • The main screen shows the current total consumption of energy.

    • Universally applicable to industrial apparatus.

    • Analyzing the ratio of energy consumption during machine automatic production to standby energy consumption.

    • Allowing the connection of up to three power meters and displaying data based on the category of the monitored objects, such as electric heating, servos, auxiliary machinery, etc.

    • Show three-phase voltage, current, power, electric power and further details.

    • Comprehensive modes for analyzing energy consumption, such as unit weight, unit time, single-mode energy consumption, and energy consumption during specific actions or tasks.
