Ningbo Techmation's labor union recently organized and held the "2022 Vocational Skills Competition" to enhance the construction of the staff team, improve their professional skills, enrich their cultural life, and boost their work enthusiasm.
The competition primarily emphasizes the use of practical skills, covering three distinct categories: welding, software program modification and testing, and driver assembly. The ultimate assessment is determined by the synthesis score.
Category 1 Welding
Requirements: Reliable, spotless, and glossy welds are necessary for welding SMD chips and DIP horn sockets.
For maintenance engineers, welding is a common task, but the competition still makes them anxious. You can tell that a few hands are trembling somewhat. Despite moving more slowly, the freshmen persisted. They worked hard to do the task flawlessly with the judges' and viewers' encouragement.
Senior referees are not tolerant of any carelessness.
Category 2 Software Pprogram Modification and Testing
Requirements: Add certain functions based on standard programs, and complete totally automated process testing. The person who can do it in the shortest amount of time wins.
The contestants started to practice in a skilled and organized way, changing functions, burning programs, fixing parameters, etc.
Category 3 Driver Assembly
Requirements: Disassemble and reassemble the drive entirely, modify the voltage needed for the competition, then put the workbench back together like it was before the competition.
Their times are so close that there is only a 10-second gap between first and second place.
Presentation of Award
After intense competition among the participants, prizes were awarded for first, second, and third place in each of the three categories.
This competition offered a forum for employees to share ideas, present their abilities, and pursue excellence. It significantly enhanced employees' motivation to enhance their job abilities and consistently strive for academic achievement. Additionally, it enabled the company to choose exceptional and highly qualified individuals and encourage the growth of a competent workforce, thus creating a culture that values expertise and strives for excellence among the employees.
