01 Bending Machine Solution

The TMSCS900, an advanced generation panel designed for the metal industry, was independently developed by Spectrum. It incorporates a 21-inch industrial capacitive screen. The interface design is modern and sophisticated, appealing to individuals from diverse backgrounds throughout the duration of the exhibition due to its modern and logical industrial elements.

All-Electric Bending Machine Solution

This solution incorporates high-precision, low-noise ball screws to ensure excellent positioning repeatability and rapid response speed throughout the manufacturing process. The system can be outfitted with TMSCS human-machine interfaces of varying sizes, including 15-inch, 18.5-inch, and 21-inch options. These interfaces utilize complete digital communication and can be adjusted to fit 3-12 axes. The system's backstop precision can reach up to 0.01mm.

Servo Pump-Controlled Bending Machine Solution

This solution utilizes dual servo pumps to drive the hydraulic system for the double-axis. This ensures rapid downward and return speeds, as well as low installed capacity, energy economy, and noise reduction.

Proportional Valve-Controlled Bending Machine Solution

This solution can be adjusted to work with different proportional valves. It also includes features such as valve self-learning and adaptive adjustment. Additionally, it incorporates a new algorithm for real-time positioning synchronization control, resulting in a high positioning precision of up to 0.01mm.

02 Hydraulic Press Solution

Our highly responsive servo system is combined with a sophisticated hydraulic press control system in this solution, which replaces the conventional combination of PLC and asynchronous motors. By employing TMPLC Softmotion, the pressure and flow necessary for production can be precisely regulated through closed-loop control. Softmotion enables fine control of constant pressure, fixed stroke, and press-in displacement.

03 tmIoT CLOUD PLATFORM

The tmIoT Internet of Things cloud platform is based on the Nectar OS industrial operating system, which was developed independently by Techmation. This allows for the implementation of the TMCloud private cloud. It enables modular, self-service configuration logic with the help of Techmation’s visual cloud logic configuration tool, tmIoT Logic Studio. With the help of the tmIoT Visual Cloud UI Configuration Tool (tmIoT UI Studio) and the tmIoT Metabase acting as the hub, we are able to provide one-stop services for data calling, device connection, interface display, and project management with zero-basis configuration for personalized interfaces.
