Control host for rubber and plastic industry

iREX Series

The iREX series conforms to the IEC61131-3 standard and is based on the core SA Studio software platform. It comes with its own PLC Studio and HMI Studio software tools and supports PLC Open standard control modules. It supports bus expansion with the SA Communication System.

The control system, when implemented in the rubber and plastic industry, utilizes a "separate control system from HMI" design, making it appropriate for machinery that requires complicated and multi-axis motion control, including rubber machines, press brakes, and similar equipment.


Advantage

    • Techmation develops the iREX series on its own, utilizing the Cortex-A8 hardware platform. It adheres to IEC61131-3 standards and is compatible with Techmation's independently developed SA_Stutio software platform.

    • With full digital communication, stable output within 2us, and SA-BUS bus control, its real-time performance, stability, and expansion capacities have been significantly enhanced.

    • SA-BUS bus distributed IO, characterized by a compact design, diversified configurations, and solid real-time performance.

    • Embedded Techmation’s motion control module: TMPLC SoftMotion
